Operating Model

How the Factory Executes.

Intelligence is becoming abundant. Verified execution is not. Algodyne is a venture factory built for that asymmetry — one operating doctrine running across two domains: software systems, and machines that carry physical consequence. Every venture returns its residue to the factory that produced it.

01 · Signal Capture

Opportunities are read from market gaps, operator pain, regulatory movement, workflow fragmentation, and newly cheap technical primitives. Signal collection runs continuously, so selection is never limited to what was visible during a planning cycle.

02 · SLICE Execution

Simple, Lovable, Integrated, Complete, Evidence-backed. We reduce scope, never completeness. A slice is narrow but real all the way down, which is the only build that returns product truth instead of a demo.

03 · Shared Core

Identity, billing, data, workflow, evidence capture, and deployment are built once and operated for the whole portfolio. None of it differentiates a venture, and all of it is expensive to rebuild.

04 · Evidence Gates

State transitions are deterministic and evidence-backed. A gate names the claim, the instrument that tested it, and the result. No prose-only transition is valid, and no team grades its own homework after the fact.

05 · Compounding

Every venture returns primitives, evidence, market knowledge, and operating doctrine to the factory. The system that builds the next venture is measurably better than the one that built the last.

What makes the next one cheaper

Shared Operating Core

The services every venture needs and none of them competes on. Built once, hardened by the whole portfolio, inherited by everything launched after.

Execution Control Plane

Work is decomposed, routed to the right executor, budgeted, validated, and closed against evidence. Agents propose; the system decides whether a transition is valid.

Primitive Library

Code, research, market knowledge, operating patterns, and distribution assets extracted from every build — including the ones that were shut down.

The rules we build by

Operator-Led

We build for operators carrying real consequence, and we run the company the same way. Judgment, taste, and final review stay with people; agents are execution instruments, not authorities.

Evidence-Gated

A claim without an artifact behind it is a hypothesis. Tests, metrics, user signal, and operating traces decide what advances and what stops consuming capital.

Primitive-Driven

A feature serves one product. A primitive serves every product after it. We optimise for what remains on the shelf once the work is finished.

Complete

Narrow completeness beats broad incompleteness. We cut surface area rather than depth, because an unfinished layer is where product truth goes missing.

Compounding

Effort should convert into reusable capability, not just finished tasks. The objective is never the task; it is improving the machine that will execute the next one.
